U.S. payphone may incur additional charges. Card expires 2 months from the
first use.
Connection fee may be applied on some destinations. Intrastate calls may
not be allowed. Applicable tax and surcharges may apply. A 79.0¢
weekly maintenance fee will apply after the first call and
thereafter every two weeks. A communication fee will apply every day. It is best to use this card for a single call or mulitple larger calls in a same day. DO NOT keep this card for a week or so after the first use, then it will eat all the minutes. Make sure to finish the card in the same day that you start using it. Application of
surcharges and fees may have the effect of reducing total minutes actually
received on the card from the minutes announced. Service
