1 tries to bring you the best priced and the most reliable telephone cards in the market. We do not make these cards and cannot guarantee the total minutes. Rates and minutes are subject to change without notice by the card provider.
2 We will give you card owner customer service telephone numbers upon request if it is not listed with the PIN provided. For convenience, we may use one of our given names of a particular card. Please ask our customer service the name listed on the phone card company if you need to contact them for any problems for them to locate the card or PIN easily. You may also give them 1-800 and PIN to locate the card. We are not responsible for any bad connections, lost minutes, etc. All sales are final. will not refund or replace any prepaid calling cards because of bad connections, lost minutes, no connections, etc.
3 Minute information usually assumes the entire card is used on a single call. First minute surcharge may apply to each call. A weekly service fee may apply after the first use. Additional pay phone charges may apply. International cellular phones are billed at higher rates. 1-3 minute rounding may also apply.
4 has no control over rate/minute changes or good/poor connections. If you have any connection problem, you can directly contact at the calling card's company to resolve any issue or you can email us to contact. Calling card company will try your phone number that is not connecting. You may request not to call or specify the time to call. Without trying, company cannot fix any problem. Please try to use the card within two weeks from the date of first use. We are providing as much information as possible so that you can get the most out of the card.
5 Some cards may have maintenance fees, hidden fees, surcharges, or connection fees which might not be aware of. provides exactly the information that is given to us. You may call the customer service and discover the correct information before buying. We will not be any responsible for any kind of hidden fees. Because of the fees and surcharges, some cards will not give you exact advertise minutes.
6 Some cards may not have the greatest customer service or nobody may answer the phone; again, provides the exact customer service number that is given to us. If you are unable to talk with the customer service representatives, there is nothing we can do. You must contact us within 48 hours for any defective PIN. Most company do not support any PIN that are old. It will be your responsibility to let us know if you want us to contact the company. does not provide any telephone support.
7 If you have any problem, you must contact us within 3 days of the date of purchase. We will not support any card if it is over 3 days since calling card company does not support cards that are more than 4 days old from the first try.
8 If you have received an invalid PIN or did not receive your PIN, email us. We will make every attempt to provide the best customer service possible. We will not replace any card for any reasons other than an invalid pin. All sales are final and you are 100% responsible for every purchase.
9 We make the best effort to respond to all questions through emails, but may not be able to reply if the question is irrelevant. does not support over the phone. If necessary, we will call the buyers for verification purposes. reserves the right to refuse service to anyone at its sole discretion. 
10 If you are a first time buyer, may change your calling card with a better card based on customer's review to us for you to experience the best quality. Some cards may have lower minutes than what you initially chose. However, if you do not want to have the replacement card, you can simply email us without using the cards telling that you like to have the original card that initially chose. We can replace back to it. Please keep in mind that we can not replace any card under any circumstances if you start using the card.
11 Callontime tries very hard solving every issue in a possible way. However, if a buyer ever disputes with credit card companies or PayPal for any reasons, will block the buyer's purchase capability for ever from our system. No instant PIN will be issued to buyer even though they attempt to purchase again in future. does not sell calling cards to customers who disputes with credit card or PayPal. In addition to it, Callontime will send bad credit report to 3 major credit bureaus with any sort of dispute with credit card company if the buyers do not work with us to solve it.
12 will suspend or cancel a customer's access to any or all services provided by if discovers that the account has been inappropriately used. will also restrict customer's access if customers uses any bad languages when they email. will warn the buyers once and if it continues, Callontime will restrict buyer's access to get any PINs instantly for ever. Depending on the situation, Callontime will report verbal abuse to the buyer's local police department. reserves the right to revise its policies at any time.
13 When you are sending topup credit to international country, the exchange rates will be always less than the actual amount. We have no control over how much the provider sends. People who normally send credit form USA are already aware of it but this is to make sure you understand. Exchange rates also vary time to time.
